Our Experience
DHS U.S. Citizen and Immigration Services
We supported the modernization efforts of USCIS’s verification and risk and fraud system. We utilized a DevSecOps development process focusing on security, cloud automation, and containerization to replace the existing system to allow improved flexibility, scalability, and security.
Marine Corps Business Operations Support System (MCBOSS)
We supported the Marine Corp in modernizing their business applications to accelerate the development and delivery of business automation solutions. We designed, developed, deployed, and obtained ATO for USMC PaaS “Software Factories” which provides an accredited platform on which USMC applications can be hosted and sustained.
For the Enterprise Network Architecture & Engineering Support Services (ENAESS), we provided network, cloud and security infrastructure support for 72,000+ users at 1,600+ field sites across 3 Enterprise Data Centers, 2 Trusted Internet Connections and 2 Interconnection Point sites including, DevSecOps services, ATO support, change management support, enterprise performance management and 24x7x365 Tier III escalation support.
Our efforts not only reduced the CBP network as a factor of delays and provided more bandwidth and up-time, with low cost and overhead, but we improved the overall customer experience through a dedicated incident resolution team and incident report tracking analyses.
Naval Information Warfare Command (NIWC) Data Center Commercial Cloud Transition
We assisted NIWC Atlantic in their efforts to reduce data center costs, manual processes, and response time. Utilizing infrastructure-as-code tools along with custom scripts configuration files, we created a tool suite for automating both deployment and STIG of systems in virtual environments.
Defense Health Agency (DHA)
For DHA we developed the Integrated Health Registry Framework (iHRF), a SOA framework for the intelligent automation of the secondary use of health data. Integrating data from multiple systems, iHRF enables the DHA a configurable methodology for the automatic semantic review, parsing and targeted delivery health messages from legacy systems to new registries without additional coding in either system.
NAVAIR
We are supporting NAVAIR in the area of free space optical telecommunications, solutions to RF denial, cutting-edge fiber optics, and drone teaming. We have been awarded 7 total prime contracts in these areas.
GSA Region-9
As subcontractor to Kaihonua, we support the ongoing operations and maintenance development of the Defense and Veterans Eye Injury and Vision Registry (DVEIVR) which aggregates Veteran Affairs and Department of Defense health information into a single, longitudinal record that allows patients, and cohorts of patient, to be compared in terms of symptoms, procedures, and outcomes in a single area of clinical practice.
Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA)
As subcontractor, we supported the network merger and monitoring of IT assets of JPAC and DPMO while they were combining into the new Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency. As the Arlington Network Operation Center Manager, we collaborated with NOC managers in Hawaii, Nebraska, Europe, and the Pacific, to create a support presence to follow the sun.
